A Global Initiative Led by Two Palestinian Female Doctors to Offer Immediate Relief and Sustainable Support to the People of Gaza
About Us
Dr. Nour and Dr. Nagham are sisters and physicians working on the ground in Gaza, where they founded and lead the globally supported initiative, Pal Humanity.
Dedicated to serving their community amidst crisis, they have organized extensive field visits and distributed essential aid, including diapers, menstrual and hygiene kits, and infant formula.
Their work prioritizes perinatal care, support for children with special needs, and large-scale medication distribution at UNRWA schools, where displaced families seek refuge. Through Pal Humanity, they continue to meet urgent needs with compassion, expertise, and unwavering commitment to the health and dignity of every person they serve.
The Pal Humanity Medical Team was carefully selected for their expertise, dedication, and ability to deliver care most effectively and compassionately.
The team comprises four doctors, three pharmacists, four nurses, and three security personnel, all working together to provide life-saving care to the people of Gaza.
With every mission, they strive to expand their services, reach more communities, and bring critical support to those who need it most.
Our Team
As genocide devastates our home, we remain unwavering in our commitment to the existence and survival of our community. Many of us have lost everything, yet we continue to bring life-saving aid and hope where it is needed most.
While the world watches the atrocities in Gaza, we live them — and we act. With every medical procedure, every food distribution, and every temporary shelter we provide, we resist the forces seeking to erase our people and heritage.
Every donation we receive is an act of solidarity, a powerful reminder that we are not alone. Together, we fight for survival, dignity, and the future of Gaza.

Support North Gaza: Rebuilding Lives, Restoring Hope with Pal Humanity
North Gaza is enduring an unprecedented humanitarian crisis. Families have lost everything — homes, loved ones, and access to life’s most basic necessities. Even in the face of devastation, the people of Gaza remain resilient, and Pal Humanity is committed to standing beside them.
Our Mission: Immediate Relief & Sustainable Support
With the help of global supporters, Pal Humanity delivers urgent aid while laying the groundwork for long-term recovery in North Gaza. Current priorities include:
Emergency Water, Food & Shelter – Thousands are displaced without adequate resources. Pal Humanity delivers clean water, distributes essential food supplies, and provides tents for temporary refuge.
Medical Support – With hospitals overwhelmed and supplies scarce, the team provides life-sustaining medications, medical aid, and mobile healthcare services through their medical caravan.
Desalination Stations – Clean water is vital for survival. Pal Humanity is building desalination stations to ensure families facing severe water shortages have access to safe drinking water.
Education & Stability – The future of Gaza rests on its children. The team works to provide educational resources and safe spaces for learning, keeping hope alive even amid crisis.
The Goal
Pal Humanity aims to raise $1,000,000 for medical aid, clean water access, food security, and shelter initiatives. Every contribution directly supports families in desperate need.
Your Impact Can:
Provide clean water deliveries
Build desalination stations
Deliver food and shelter to displaced families
Supply essential medical aid and emergency care
Restore access to education and rebuild stability
This is only the beginning. Pal Humanity will not stop until North Gaza is on the path to healing and rebuilding. Together, we can be the difference.
Support today and stand with the people of Gaza. Your generosity brings them one step closer to survival, recovery, and hope.
Where Your Support Goes
-
Medical Aid
Currently, hospitals and clinics in Gaza are overwhelmed, and medical supplies are scarce.
Pal Humanity works to support the people of North Gaza by providing life-sustaining medications, medical aid, and mobile healthcare services to those in urgent need.
Despite overwhelming challenges, the Palhumanity Clinic treats over 350 patients daily — from skin infections to sutures, respiratory issues, and more. We’re facing a critical shortage of medicine in Gaza now. Still, thanks to the support from Pal Humanity’s medical supply point, we continue to provide vital care to those in need. Our doctors and staff are working around the clock to ensure that no one is left untreated.
We operate medical centers and deploy our medical caravan to deliver essential care — reaching more than 90,000 patients to date.
-
Medical Education
For over two years, Gaza’s medical and dental students have been unable to complete their training due to destroyed clinics and a lack of supplies. Pal Humanity is working to change that — rebuilding clinic spaces, providing vital resources, and ensuring students can finish their education.
This investment in the next generation of healthcare providers produces urgently needed doctors for patients, communities, and the future of Gaza.
These are not ordinary students. They study medicine under siege, with limited resources, and in a state of constant uncertainty. Yet each day, they rise with determination to learn, to heal, and to serve. Their resilience is extraordinary and profoundly moving.
This act of support was made possible through the generous efforts of Shab Abi Talab, whose unwavering commitment uplifts hearts and restores hope.
-
Dental Students
In Gaza, war has halted the dreams of hundreds of dental students. For two years, many were unable to complete their clinical training, leaving them unable to graduate or serve their communities.
Pal Humanity stepped in, renovating halls in Al-Azhar University in the north of Gaza into fully equipped dental clinics, providing the power, faith, and tools they need to complete their studies.
This project does more than graduate dentists — it gives thousands of patients free access to urgent dental care, from treating cavities to restoring smiles.
We’re not just building careers. We’re building hope, health, and a future for Gaza.
Stand with us — every donation helps train a dentist AND treat a patient. -
Food + Nutrition
We’ve delivered 40,000 loaves of bread to our community as starvation grips Gaza.
Each loaf is a symbol of resilience and survival.
As countless people go hungry, we’ve turned to community-led food production to sustain life inside Gaza.
In addition to our aid packages, we’ve cooked and baked for thousands, overcoming the blockade that prevents vital food from entering.
With wheat prices soaring and resources dwindling, we’ve partnered with local bakers and volunteers to produce and distribute thousands of fresh loaves.
This bread is given directly, hand-to-hand, to those who need it most — no barriers, no delays, just life-saving food on the ground.
-
Refeeding Syndrome Education
Severe malnutrition is a daily reality in Gaza — the result of ongoing hunger, food shortages, and lack of clean water.
For those who have finally gained access to meals again, the danger isn’t over.
Without careful reintroduction of food, refeeding syndrome can cause life-threatening complications.
Refeeding syndrome is a dangerous and potentially life-threatening condition that can happen when someone who’s been severely malnourished or has had little to no food for a long time suddenly starts eating again — especially if they eat high-carbohydrate foods.
In partnership with Watermelon Sisters, Pal Humanity, and Amwaj, we bring this life-saving education directly to women in Gaza’s camps.
These sessions explain what refeeding syndrome is, the risks it carries, and how to protect the body during recovery.
-
Basic Shelter + Clothing
Countless homes have been destroyed in Gaza, displacing thousands and creating an ongoing and increasingly dire lack of shelter.
Pal Humanity builds tents for temporary housing for those who have lost their homes. These structures include plumbing and are designed to support people of all ages with dignity and safety.
In addition to shelter, we provide clean water, clothing, diapers, and baby formula — essential resources for families with infants.
Our very first campaign focused on diapers and formula, and we continue to support ICUs, camps, and hospitals with these life-saving supplies.
We aim to create safe, welcoming communities for those in our camps, especially our youngest members. We provide educational resources for children and establish secure spaces for learning, ensuring that even in crisis, hope for the future remains strong.
-
Camp for Orphans
We’ve built a safe and welcoming camp for orphaned children in Gaza. More than just shelter, this space is a place for joy, learning, and community. Pictures, songs, and dances have brought smiles to children’s faces, uplifting spirits even in the most challenging times.
To prepare the camp for its new residents, we added essential infrastructure, including bathrooms, tents, and additional fencing, creating a secure and supportive environment.
Our vision came to life with each tent equipped with its own bathroom, ensuring dignity and hygiene for every child. We’re working hard to provide clean water and generate electricity sustainably through solar power and a water well. And finally, a beautiful garden where kids can be kids, playing freely and safely.
We’re building more than housing; we’re building a society where children and families can gather, learn, and find moments of joy amidst hardship.
-
Perinatal Care + Women's Health
Youth are the future of Gaza. We’ve brought medical aid and emergency care to our community’s youngest and most vulnerable — currently serving 100 patients daily.
From distributing diapers and baby clothes to providing hundreds of cans of baby formula, we partner with our community to support infants facing malnutrition, respiratory illnesses, and other health challenges.
Our pharmacy ensures access to essential medicines. We offer prenatal care — including 4D ultrasounds — so mothers can see their babies before birth, and provide women’s healthcare for everything from fibroids to cancer.
We’ve fed 5,000 children and counting, but the need is urgent and ongoing.
Please help us continue protecting our youngest, supporting mothers, and delivering life-saving relief in Gaza.
-
Saving Gaza’s Newborns
We have the immense privilege of distributing vital milk and formula to the most fragile lives in Gaza — premature babies and infants in the NICU at Al-Sahaba Medical Hospital.
Malnutrition is rising at an alarming rate. According to international health agencies, over half of Gaza’s children under five are now suffering from some form of malnutrition.
The blockade, ongoing bombardments, and lack of medical supplies have turned what should be routine neonatal care into a daily battle for survival.
Mothers who are exhausted, traumatized, and often undernourished themselves cannot breastfeed — and there is simply no access to formula on the local market.
Let this be a call to action for anyone who sees this: The children of Gaza are not numbers. They are newborns who deserve warmth, nutrition, and a chance to live.
Your support — no matter how small — can be the difference between despair and survival.

Menstrual Cycle + Self-Care Sessions
In a world that often rushes past our quiet suffering, we are choosing to pause. To breathe. To care.
Our menstrual cycle and private self-care sessions are more than just gatherings — they are safe spaces where women and young girls are reminded of their worth.
Where they are allowed to be tender with themselves. Where their pain — physical or emotional — is not dismissed but held with compassion.
We know the weight of strep throat, the heaviness of exhaustion, and the emotional storms that quietly steal our light. These experiences can leave us feeling disconnected from our bodies, our rhythms, and our sense of self.
But here, we reclaim that connection. We heal not just through rest and remedies, but through presence, sisterhood, and gentleness. We are reviving the self-confidence that life may have dimmed.
We are reminding ourselves and one another that we are not alone, and we are not broken — just human, just healing.
Our team regularly distributes hygiene and menstrual kits, ensuring dignity and health for women and girls.
-
Education + Entertainment
When war destroys schools, it doesn’t just destroy buildings — it shatters dreams, routines, and the safe spaces where children grow. But even in the face of devastation, the need for education doesn’t fade — it becomes more urgent than ever.
Pal Humanity stepped in to bring back hope. When every classroom was gone, we chose not to wait for walls to be rebuilt — we brought education to the children, wherever they were.
Through creative, child-friendly programs that combine learning and entertainment, we are helping children return to the joy of discovery, friendship, and normalcy.
Our work focuses on encouraging children to come back to safe learning spaces — not just to study, but to smile, heal, and rebuild their sense of belonging.
Whether it’s through mobile schools, fun learning sessions, or joyful community activities, Pal Humanity believes in teaching with compassion and healing through education.
Because learning is more than books and exams — it’s hope. It’s stability. It’s the foundation for a better future.
-
School Supplies
In Gaza, education has become a casualty of war. Over 80% of schools have been destroyed or severely damaged. Blackboards are now buried under rubble.
More than 600,000 children are out of school.
Not by choice.
But because their schools no longer exist. And yet, their dreams have not died.
In the face of this devastation, Pal Humanity is stepping in — carrying not only supplies, but dignity, purpose, and the belief that every child deserves to learn.
Through our educational relief initiatives, we are delivering school kits, books, stationery, and learning materials to help students reclaim their right to education — even if it must happen under tarps, in rubble, or by candlelight.
At one of Pal Humanity’s schools, we had the privilege of distributing educational bags to students — a small gesture that carries a world of hope.
These bags weren’t just filled with notebooks and pens; they were filled with opportunity, dignity, and a future that many of these children can only dare to dream about.
Let us keep learning alive in Gaza.
-
Garden + Vegetables
Amidst the rubble and despair, our teams are distributing fresh vegetables to displaced families in the camps: a small act that carries immense meaning in a place where food has become a rare privilege, not a right.
Each crate of vegetables is more than sustenance; it is a symbol of resilience, solidarity, and the unbreakable human spirit. Children who haven’t seen a proper meal in days hold tomatoes and cucumbers with trembling hands and wide eyes. Mothers break down in tears — not out of joy, but because they can finally feed their families, even if only for a short while.
The blockade may have stripped Gaza of freedom and dignity, but it has not silenced compassion. Every delivery, every step in the dust and heat, is more than a food drop — it’s a message to our people: We see you. We hear you. You are not forgotten.
Your support makes moments like these possible. Gaza is starving, but together we can feed hope.
